Mostarda di Voghera is a sweet-spicy speciality: whole-candied fruit with addition of mustard-flavoured syrup. It is usually served with boiled meat or fresh/seasoned cheese.
We have been candying the best fruit for three generations. We check every single processing step, starting from the fruit selection up to the final manual packing. We think that making a quality product means care and attention.
